3. How long does it take to receive a unit?
Production typically takes about 30 days, plus shipping time to Jamaica.

Yes. Our units are designed with galvanized steel framing, insulated wall panels, and weather-resistant materials, making them well suited for tropical conditions when properly installed and anchored.
5. Are the homes hurricane resistant?
When properly anchored to an engineered foundation, the units are designed for strong wind performance. Wind resistance depends heavily on site conditions, anchoring, and foundation design.
